FRESH, HEALTHY FOOD WITH WONDERFUL FLAVOR

Most of our items are prepared from scratch, using only fresh ingredients! Signature items such as our Famous Twice Baked Potaters™ and Chicken Enchiladas are attractions for our patrons who enjoy fabulous comfort food. Proprietary recipes such as our all white meat rotisserie Chicken Salad, spicy Ranchero beans, and Homemade Peach Cobbler are prepared today from the original 1981 recipes! We pride ourselves on also serving many items geared toward healthy eating such as steamed Butternut Squash and pan seared Campfire Veggies. We capitalize on America’s trend toward healthier dining and away from fast food.

WE COOK WITH REAL WOOD

What a taste of Texas! Our chicken is cooked over a real wood burning fire. Just like the cowboys used to do it over 100 years ago. This process produces a superior product and unique flavor compared to cooking with gas grills, fryers or other methods. Our cooking method produces a flavorful, chicken that is healthy and tastes great, down to the last bite.

DINE IN, TAKEOUT AND CATERING

Along with most restaurants, Cowboy Chicken has a strong dine-in business. Cowboy Chicken is also very conducive to takeout allowing us to compete in the home meal replacement segment. We have a strong position in the corporate catering market, with a fully separate catering menu, and systems to help grow sales outside of the restaurant.

GREAT INTERIOR DESIGN

Warm colors, brick and wood finish out, open kitchens and the spectacular view of chickens roasting over a roaring fire create a great experience. Our interior design is comfortable and inviting. The woodburning rotisserie is the main part of the show, and in many cases our guests can sit at a nearby counter and enjoy the warmth of the fire on a cold day.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

We offer a five week training program at a certified company owned training store. Learn our system in a hands-on environment. Three training manuals include restaurant operations, marketing and new store construction. Our program will teach you how to operate a Cowboy Chicken profitably. We will teach you how to build a strong catering business, which can help increase sales and bottom line profits.

Our franchisee support team consists of experienced individuals who have been successful Cowboy Chicken operators. Think of us as partners in your business. We are here to help!

SITE SELECTION ASSISTANCE

We will provide site selection criteria to assist you in finding the best location available. Once sites are identified, we assist in negotiating leases and provide real estate support every step of the way.

Cowboy Chicken has negotiated arrangements with many of our vendors to offer preferred pricing, that greatly benefits our franchisees. This guarantees you quality products, for the best price, from approved sources.
