NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY: The Cowboy Chicken Free Chicken for A Year Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") runs on Grand Opening days only. The Sweepstakes is open to Texas residents only who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Cowboy Chicken, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
2. TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the Sweepstakes, submit an entry form at Cowboy Chicken during the Grand Opening Celebration. Limit one Sweepstakes entry per user or email address. Entrants must supply a valid email address to enter. Cowboy Chicken is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected Sweepstakes entries.
3. HOW TO WIN: On Grand Opening Celebration day 25 winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received.
4. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: Twenty-five (25) winners will receive wood
fire rotisserie chicken for a year, which consists of 52 Whole Rotisserie Chicken Voucher Certificates (all 52 will expire exactly one year after receiving prize). Vouchers are redeemable for one free Whole Rotisserie Chicken at participating Cowboy Chicken locations. Only one certificate may be redeemed per visit. Approximate retail value of the prize is $415.48. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE AWARD: Winners will be contacted by Cowboy Chicken via email and instructed where they can pick up their vouchers. Winner must claim their vouchers by set date given to receive the prize. Taxes resulting from the acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution allowed. Prize is not redeemable for cash and no change will be given. Prize cannot be combined with any other offers. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Sweepstakes entries are subject to verification.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to these Official Rules. All Sweepstakes materials (including prize claims) submitted become the sole property of Cowboy Chicken and can be used in future marketing campaigns online or otherwise. Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal and state laws. By entering, entrant also agrees to release and hold Cowboy Chicken, its franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any and all claims and liabilities related to the acceptance of a prize or participation in Sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's names, email address, physical address, phone number, likenesses and/or biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited or as restricted by law. Sweepstakes entries are void if not obtained through authorized channels or if Sweepstakes entry is misdirected or otherwise not received in a Cowboy Chicken location. Cowboy Chicken is not responsible for lost or illegible entry forms, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries.
