Our light has been burning bright since 1981. Cowboy Chicken first opened its doors in Dallas, Texas and now has over 20 locations throughout Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, South Dakota, Oklahoma, California and Georgia.

The word is out about our all-natural bold and flavorful rotisserie chicken. We have definitely come a long way from Cowboy Phil’s backyard where he was first inspired to pioneer cooking chicken on a rotisserie over an open flame.

Since it all started in Dallas, Texas, it only makes sense that we now have 11 locations just a short drive from the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
