Healthy eating and caring for our customers are two things we don’t take lightly. The Cowboy Chicken menu is no ordinary menu. Not only have we pioneered wood fire rotisserie chicken that is low in calories, sodium, and fat, but we also have guilt-free dining options that are served fresh daily!
For our Cowboys who love tasty greens, we have farm fresh salads! Try one of our amazing full-sized salads for lunch or dinner.
- Monterey– Chopped greens, rotisserie chicken, fresh avocado, tomato, and Monterey Jack cheese tossed with toasted cheese crisps and seasoned chicken cracklins served with chili lime dressing.
- Southwest– Chopped greens, rotisserie chicken, sweet corn, grape tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, crunchy tortilla strips, and shredded cheese, served with house made ranch dressing.
- Farmhouse– Chopped greens, rotisserie chicken and chopped red apples with frosted pecans, dried cranberries and blue cheese, served with blush wine vinaigrette.
Need a meatless option? Load up a Veggie Plate with your choice of 3 Wild West Sides made in house daily and served with a roll. A few Wild West Sides we know our vegetarian cowboys will love are our Creamed Spinach, Baked Sweet Potato, Tomato Cucumber Salad, and Ranchero Beans.
